Probably not, but since you asked: I was in the middle lane because I was passing a car in the inside lane. The reason the chap in the Red Golf had room to get into the inside lane and pass me on the inside is that he's the kind of person who thinks its okay to drive six inches away from another car at 70mph. I prefer to leave at least a couple of car lengths before pulling in on someone.
